SmokemS talked to an injection service station and they said the injector body could be cracked. Piers contradicted that saying they never heard such a thing. If that could happen what would cuase it at such low milage on them?

Josh also mentioned to me that the copper washer on the leaking injector does not stay stuck to it when we pull it out unlike all the others. I dont know if that will have anything to do with it. but i figured i'll throw it out there. I would like to get these things to stop leaking for him.

The tip sealing surface really needs to be clean for it to seal. Torque the nut to 44ft-lbs and make sure it's not the fuel return banjo bolt washer leaking or the high pressure line. After torqueing the injector nut is it tight in the head or still loose? Some heads are cut differently and some injectors don't fit too well, especially with the .020 washers.

Josh. You will only have to buy the single injector line that got stripped. I replaced mine when they were leaking at the pump head and got them all individually. Bgilbert has a good idea about the bore brush.

Did you clean the bore real good this time, use a new sealing washer, use a new copper horseshoe washer, torque the hold down nut to 44ftlbs, and was the injector body TIGHT in the head? Just some questions Mark is gonna ask you.
If you did all that properly, you might get all 6 injectors pop tested and be sure to mark the pesky leaker to see if it's not popping correctly.
