I, too, made the switch, and yes, that plunger LP makes a difference. Now, when that is combined with a 3200 G-spring and PANE...now that is another tale...

Now for the next step. What do you think I should do Reman, Rebuild or New. I was thinking on sending it to Scheid Diesel and having them give me there honest opinion. Sending the IP and injectors to make sure everything is clean and the BAR is set properly.

I've heard nothing but good things about them. Make sure you tell them that this is a working medium duty truck, not a pickup. They can't get as aggressive with the pop pressures and the fuel delivery without compromising pump life.
