Picked up my new (old) '92 today...
I went out and picked up my D250 today. Still can't believe I got it so cheap. Engine runs smooth and powers up and smokes like a beast when I punch it. Needs some cosmetic work. Carpet, seat covers, front bumper, cruise control switch, etc etc. Not sure if I should paint or leave it dingy white. Going to get the front leveled out next week.
Instead of a console it has a jump seat/console combo. It's cool but I'm gonna take it out and build one and hide my subwoofer under it. I kinda think of this truck as the "before" picture. Can't wait to see it after a couple of grand
.
Anyway, it's cool to be back.
(pic is the first one in my gallery. Second pic is my other D250. They look like twins.)

The first one was lifted with 7226s coils AND Daystar spacers. It was a mistake - the ride was horrible and the upward travel was almost non-exsistent. This one will get spacers but no 7226s coils and not as much of a lift - mostly just leveled. Anything after that would have to be a body-lift I guess.
