That is one sweet looking truck!
Where do you get Mr. Grille inserts from?
The top half of the 'G' is missing on mine, anyone know where to get replacement letters, apart from the wreckers' yard?

rebel: can you post a side view pic of your truck I'd like to see the painted wheels, I'm thinking of painting my wheels black on my white D350 with chrome center caps I think the black wheels would look good and I wouldn't have to spend much.

inserts came from ebay. kinda spendy, but they make the truck look a little more 21st century. And for the letters, junk yard. Don't rip em off of someone elses personal truck like someone did to mine.

Schamran, what did you do to your inserts, paint or something different. I've been looking for billet inserts to no avail.

I used some basic Rustoleum flat black (can't have those things rusting away on me now.) I wanted the flat so as to contrast with the chrome grille surround.

Here ya go. Eventually I want to get either some chrome center caps off a 2nd or 3rd Gen or some chrome lug nut covers from the truck stop to give the wheels a little pop. Don't want them real flashy, just a little something. I used Rustoleum "Hammered" black paint from WalMart. Used just about 1.5 cans per wheel (both sides.) In person they look really good and they have withstood the wear and tear I've put them through including mud riding on the road to my hunting camp and high speeds down the gravel access road near there.

Here is mine, I taped it all and painted the inside part red and left the outside part black, I think its just right cuz its not too much red, but yet I think it looks good. (I have since got the DODGE letters back on)

those stupid headlight beauty rings drive me right bonkers... I've broken 2 of them in the last 2 weeks. One landed on my foot falling from the headlight area and the other one fell off the fender on to the garage floor. In both cases they cracked. They are hard to find used too...

I can't think of the name of the company that makes them, but they are not hard to find aftermarket.

They are Mr.Grille inserts that I bought on ebay. They make a few different styles. Mine is the polished aluminum. They are kindof a pain to install. I took my grille completely off to do it. They just zip-tie to the factory inserts. It wouldn't be bad if I just had to do it once, but I take them out for winter. They do look purdy though!

look here if you want to know what black wheels looks like with chrome centre caps and chrome lugs. You must excuse the rest of the truck though it's had a hard life from the PO.
