where are paint codes in these truck

when i bought mine it was 2 tone blues and gray the blue on it was nice now i want to paint it that blue

Was it a blue like mine? I too would like the code, as my tag is worn off.

the codes on my truck are under the cowl vent by the windshield. They are on the passenger side. They are on a stamped metal plate.

My local parts store has catalogs of paint codes. They just looked up the year of my truck and showed me two or three shades of blue to pick from.

They mixed up a qt for 50bux. I thought it was high at the time, but it's about enough to paint the whole truck.

Your local Dodge dealer can tell you your truck's OEM color scheme (and the paint codes) using his computer and your VIN. And, Mopar still has some small spray cans of some of our colors in stock. I recently purchased half dozen cans of "light champagne" and painted my wheels (Ford steelies) to match my truck.
