No power at switch
After have an issue with fuel starvation...which was solved (loose connection at shutoff solenoid). I have an issue with no power in the key on position. In troubleshooting the fuel issue, I disconnected and reconnected relays. Now I have no power to the starter nor the interior lights such as the check engine, oil, water in fuel, wait to start, or any of the normal dash lights when turning the key to on. I checked all the fuses and they were all fine.
Any suggestions?

Allan, check the fusible links on the drivers side fender well, make sure you have power at the rear of each of them( 5 of them I beleive), its possible while messing with the relays, you may have popped one.
Do you have power to anything at all,and is it a manual or auto transmission?

I have lights but nothing that is switched. I turn the key to ON and nothing...I turn the key to start and get nothing. I was able to drive the truck home by running a jumper from the battery to the shutoff and jumping the starter relay.
It's an AUTO with O/D.

It is either in the ignition harness, fuseable links or nuetral safety/ignition swithch would be my guess. Start at the fuse block with a test light and start tracing where the power quits...
you should be able to track it down that way..
