Is your FSS wire connected.

So does it run? Turning over and cranking are the same thing.

Check for loose/dirty battery cables and grounding points first.

Did the ignition switch feel warm or hot? If so it's possible the the ignition switch went out.

Also second the FSS.

You have 2 feeds to the ignition switch, each though a different fusible link. One feeds the run and start circuits, (start, fuel, 'puter, etc) and the other feeds the run only circuits. (heater, windows, etc.) The common points are the duck foot fuse links and the heavy wire from there to the positive battery terminal. The other possibility is the ignition switch chit the bit. A lot of power goes through that little thing. It might have smoked.

No cranking, ok. Are the headlights bright when you turn them on now? A battery can be hot, but still not have the oomph to crank the engine.

If your test of the ignition switch shows the switch to be good, try jumping the starter solenoid and see if the engine cranks.

Somewhere between ignition switch and battery. Fusible links (duck foot) or it's connection to the battery.
