Yes, I do shift slow. I used to speed shift all my stuff when I was younger. I used to never lift the gas when I shifted. Those days are over.

my dad said he stopped flatshifting when he was 30 then when he hit 45 he said it was no fun not flatshifting anymore so now he beats every clutch he puts his foot on at 50 yrs. old
