Wasn't there an option for a bench seat but the center fliped down with cup holders (made of wood I believe). I hear that it was an option for the ex cabs, and there were pretty rare $1200 option. Anybody have a picture of one?

It's not in any of my literature.

I tell you what some of your guys interior look better than almost new trucks. I would like to get mine looking good, I have the Burgendy interior. I would like to put the grey dash in instead with some nice seats...

The son of the guy I bought mine bought mine from has a '93 which originally had the red interior. He dyed the dash, door panels, and all other plastic pieces black and had the factory buckets redone in black leather. I must say his interior looks sweet!! And you wouldn't even know it wasn't factory if you didn't know any better.

I'm going to be building a frame like this myself.
Originally the truck was a bench seat version but the guy I bought my truck off put (approx)'97 Ford p/u bucket seats in and just bolted them to the floor. They're comfortable enough, just sit too low.
I'd also like to find the seatbelts for buckets AND a center consol instead of the stupid Ford one he put in.
Eventually I'd like to put in a set of King Ranch edition Ford seats.

I was surfing craigslist today and ran across this:

http://phoenix.craigslist.org/car/558991305.html

It shoes the wooden cup holders like you describe and is just like what my dad has in his.

After putting a set in my rock buggy, I think I would like to have these in the truck. Tilt column would about be required with the raised sides though.

That's just a set of larger cup holders dropped in the factory cup holders in the center console.

Isn't a good picture but this is what I meant. There is a description about the seat in the writing. I wish I could find a better picture

I don't think that is a factory Dodge seat, but probably an aftermarket seat that was put in when the truck was still new.

I wish!

My bench seat is all beat down on the driver's side, and it is not very comfortable. i have some nice captain's chairs out of a mazda van I am thinking of fabbing a mount for.
