New PDR Fuel Pin!
I received my pdr fuel pin today, and of course I had just enough time to install it when I got home from work. What a great inprovement over stock.
All for $65.00, once the stock one is sent back to them.
I also received the 3200 rpm spring, but haven't got it in yet. Don't want to be in a hurry on that one.
Later, Tony

Click on the link provided above, and read what they have to say. It appears to be ground a little different than the BD pin. It is though out of hardened steel, not a soft steel as some of the after market pins are made of.
You'll have to decided for your self. Good luck, Tony

I think the softer BD pin may be an advantage in this particular application. Ever wonder what causes that slider pin to get stuck in the bore from time to time? Metal-to-metal on a more aggressive slider profile. Hmmm...

I don't think the soft material is an advantage.
I pulled a Bully Dog pin out of Ruquik's truck today. The soft metal was not an advantage, there was a wear scar about 1/32" deep. The Bully Dog pin was stuck all the way down and the fuel pin had worried a dimple about 1/16" deep from it sitting there. The fuel pin was leaking, probably because it was being pushed up so hard by the spring.
