New 4" exhuast coming

I called and ordered a new 4 " exhaust system for my 92. I can hear some rattling around in the stock muffler and someone backed into something and bent the tail pipe bad when I got the truck I pulled the tail pipe out the tractor that made it some what better. As soon as it gets here I will let you guys know what I think of it ordered a Diamond Eye system from TV Diesel its is $275.00 with free shipping. I was going to get some bends and just weld one up myself but with what the bends and the pipe and clamps cost I just couldn't see spending that much on time and material. I know cheep is not the best thing some times but we will see. I looked at Stan's at $570.00 +shipping and Sources kit $450.00+ shipping but could just drive over and pick it up and some of the others out there and this kit is about $125 cheaper than the next cheapest kit. I will let you know next weekwhat its like . Ken

I just bought the "Flo-Pro" from Mighty Diesel. $418 to the door. 4" DP with machined flange just like Stans. Have to wait to put it in for a couple of weeks. Headed to the Sierra Thursday to "spread" Dad where he loved it most...

I don't see any 1st gen systems at all on their site?? Did you buy the system for a 2nd gen?

Ken; I looked at TV Diesel and could not find a Diamond Eye exhaust for our trucks. Am I just missing it?

Eric No you are not missing it. Its a new system for Diamond Eye so they don't have a part # and TV Diesel doesn't have it on there web site I talked to both Diamond Eye and Kathy at TV diesel about it. Kathy at TV diesel said that they had sold a few of them. I found about the DE system on some other webboard and some one had some pictures of the system and that system didn't have a flange for the turbo to down pipe. but I was told by DE that all the new systems will have the flange welded on and have all the mounting hardware. I was going to buy it with out the flange as I made one it only took me 2hrs and piece of steel that would cost about $10-$15 to buy Ken

I just called diamond Eye and they do make a kit. It is a 4" turbo back with a flange. I was told that they are tweaking a few things about the kit and it will start shipping next week. If this kit is $275 shipped it will save me a ton of time and effort building one myself.

Dang, I just bought a 3" v-flange($20) and 3"-4" reducer($20). Just glad I didn't buy a couple 90* bends and pipe.
