need a wastegate back plate..... a few ?s

I need a backplate for my 12cm2 housing and since I am going to 4" exhaust, was wondering if I ought to go with one link in the following?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-H...spagenameZWD1V

Or do I need to get the regular Dodge backplate and a crossover from 3 to 4"?

I have the 3-4" adapter, but I also have a 4" flange for one of these, so I'm just needing the backplate.

Any input? Pros and Cons?

Looks like the number on the plate is 3528011 Is this a good number?
Thanks
Virgil

The turbo in the Ebay link is a WH1E which is the previous model equivalent to the HX40, the turbine housing has a T-4 flange and a 4" outlet on that particular one.

I don't think that back plate would even fit on the back of the 12cm housing. I could be wrong. Honestly though I don't see any advantage in putting a 4" outlet on a WH1C or a HX35. I would hook the 4" downpipe up as close as I could get it.
