Need A Quick Opinion--engine Ran Upside-down

I don't know if, or if not, it is possible; but, this truck lay in a creek-bed, completely upside-down, idling, until the driver climbed down the creek-bank and shut it off himself.

He saw that he was gonna crash and jumped out of the truck before it flipped over.

I don't guess it ever entered his mind to switch it off.

A good pilot will always kill the engines before a crash-landing, in order to save the props and cranks, so that he can take off again.

It probably doesn't really matter if you see that you're going to land upside-down.
