Need a New Front Driveshaft

Does anyone know where I can purchase a new front driveshaft with the CV joint and U-joints in already? I trashed mine 4x4ing and destroyed the ball and socket piece so I figure I should just buy a whole new assembly. Thanks

Shayne

I've got one out of a gas truck, looks just like the diesel. I've got to match it up to be sure, but I'll keep it as a spare w/ new u-joints loaded and ready to go if it is.

HDBeauty, I see you're in Alberta too.
Give Pat's Driveline a shout http://www.patsdriveline.com/index.p...e/contact.html

I've had a LOT of work done by them over the years.
When I worked for the Dodge dealer here, we'd even send shafts over if the center ball was busted out.
They've even helped me out when I swapped the F-350 solid axle into my dad's F-250. Needed a new t-case flange and they had it the next day.

If it's from a truck with a Dana 44 front, its slightly longer, a cut and re-balance will fix that.
If it's from a Gasser with a 60 front and a 205 with an auto, it's the same length as the equivalent in a diesel.
Otherwise, the U-joint size on either, a diesel OR a gasser, is (usually) a 7260 and they use the same CV assembly and even the same spline counts on the slip yoke assembly.

Mark.

You got it...It's about 6" too long. Got to mark it, drop it off to have shortened.
