Mystery tube
What is the tube that is on the right side of the boost tube on the afc for? It's about a 1 1/2 rubber tube. Mine is dripping a little bit of diesel out of it. Is it just an overflow or what?

It's a vent for the underside of the AFC diaphragm. With time and normal wear, the actual needle that rides the fuel-pin can sometimes leak into that space under the diaphragm (in there with the star-wheel and spring).

Ok, I went through it. Is there a kit you buy because it said something about a "bosch kit" or do I just get the O-ring with those dimensions OR is there a part number for that O-ring?

If you have a good Bosch repair shop around they might give it to you but otherwise you will need to get the kit, it should be under $15.00 or thereabouts.
But..
If you have a Nitrile O-Ring kit and you have the correct size that will also work.

Since it is your first time I would go and get the kit from your local Bosch pump repair shop or you can order them online.
Bosch DGK-121 Repair Kit
This is a Bosch repair kit and your dealer would not have a clue what you are talking about.
I would also recommend you build one of these as a precaution.

If you still in Nampa?
Go here they'll tell were to get it locally if they dont have it.

But while you got the pump open you may as well put in a 3200 spring.

Also get a tophat setup 90% chance you will loose the one you have.
When you reassemble its easier if you remove the power screw just count the rotations. example 15 out 15 in.
