ya, i haven't been in a 2nd gen for sometime. I have been in a 3rd gen and it rides ok but i didn't like the seats.

I think i feel better upgrading the 1st gen VS buying a newer truck though, still looking into it.

I have some 5x14's on the way. They are originally from dieselautopower.com, i bought them slightly used from a member on 1stgen.org.
Wow. How timely. I just bought a set of slightly used Diesel Auto Power 5 x 0.014s too. I hope this isn't a bad sign?

Our trucks are turning into clones without even trying...

Just don't tell me that you have an HX55 sitting on the shelf too, waiting to go under the HE351?

Finally got my dual inline stabilizer setup on, soooooo much better. It sure firms up the steering feel and the wheel doesnt jump out of my hands when i hit bumps anymore, yay!!

Looks good! I got mine on at the same time I did crossover, much better. I see you put your brackets on different then I did... Doubt it matters though but I'm going to check in case I did it wrong and it does matter.

Either or works, shouldnt matter. Yours is probably better, out of the elements more. I see you have bilstein stabilizers, are they truly stabilizers or just shocks? I wanted bilstein stabilizers but couldnt find any, the offroad company i bought this from said they didnt make a proper one so they sold me BDS units. I really wanted the bilstein though.

They are shocks, bought them at a swap meet nos vintage units. It came with the skyjackers that the kit includes. These are virtually the same length and stroke as the 'jackers. Tried the 'jackers first then switched them out with the bilsteins and couldn't tell any difference.

Now i need to really change out the weak PS pump. The stabilizers work the pump alittle more. I also adjusted my steering box which had a noticable amount of movement before actuating the tires. That should help me wandering on the highway, especially when passing and the change in the crown of the road.

I think borgeson makes a high volume pump if that interests you. It added some resistance to mine too but I like it, felt to easy to turn before. Like my wife's highlander...

I already have a stock replacement, going to put that in one day. I think i am sucking air in somewhere though, get foaming and overflow all the time. Ever since i put the crossover in so i am guessing i will be replacing PS lines aswell.

Ya mine felt too easy before aswell, kinda jittery. Scary to think i drove 2200km with a 10K camper behind me a month ago. This setup feels so much more stable, worth the crazy money it cost me.

That's why I went with the Carli Bilstein 7100 stabilizer. They don't market it for our 1st Gens, but it wasn't hard to make a bracked to fit.

Did you get your 5x14s in yet? Mine just showed up today...
