angelfire7-looks good and clean.
I've got a question for you and everyone who changed to BHAF and new intake.I've got the same setup as you but I'm using clamps to hold my elbows and coupler on but on hills pulling a load @ 18-20* boost I get what sounds like the turbo sucking in air from an open hole? I have tighted up all my bolt clamps and it won't do it unless pulling big load?
Do you have this problem?Maybe I need to post this as new problem?

Glad you could put it to use! Sure looks better than how I installed it, using the stock intake tube .
It is pretty cool to see the part on a different truck.

Thanks DBF,I'm changing the boots today...hopefully that will solve it.How would I know if I got a hole in the intercooler? Take it out and have it pressure tested?

If you can cap the outlet of the IC and have a rig that will allow you to pressurize it at the inlet, with a gauge, you can do it in place.
Put pressure to it (not a lot - 5# or so) then stop the air in. Watch the pressure gauge to see if/how quickly it falls to zero.
Or you can take it to a radiator shop - they'll have the stuff & can submerge it to look for leaks.
