SO! With the recent discovery of my weepy headgasket under the thermostat location, I've decided to not only fix that issue permanently but also do some upgrades while I am ***** deep.
I have already ordered arp studs today, the arp lube to go with them, as well as and injector removal tool for $20 from tork, twelve BD 60lb valve springs and a valve spring compressor.
I'm holding off on the head gasket and upper gasket kit until I know if I am going to need to have the head killed or not once it's off
I figure since I have the head off and the exhaust and turbo will be off I will upgrade. Looking at getting some stuff from gillett
Looking at the BD manifold
The 14cm2 exhaust housing (short non WG) so that I don't have to mod my down pipe
Then the 60mm compressor wheel upgrade for the cold side
And then gaskets to go with, not sure if I will need a full turbo reseal kit or not
Trying to find a v band clamp for that compressor and also the v band clamp for the down pipe (don't know the sizes) I know xdp sells them
Once the injectors are out Im going to try and find a shop to clean and pop test them. Not sure if that is worth the money or if I should upgrade injectors too. I have t really been schooled on injectors yet so Im a little skepticle about dumping a load of cash into some new ones if the olds will suffice for now.
If you all see anything I'm missing for doing this work, let me know and Ill try and track it down. Trying to order everything now as I will have 2 weeks to do this work at Christmas time!

The 60mm upgrade gives you a bigger inducer, but the exducer stays the same (82mm IIRC). The HE351CW has a 60mm inducer and 86 mm exducer.

That 14cm housing and 60mm compressor is going to run you $580 before shipping (I assume you are getting them from GDS).
A complete DE 4" exhaust is $265 from summit racing which would give you $315 to find an HE351CW which would give you even faster spool, more airflow, and lower EGT's.
The 60mm upgrade gives you a bigger inducer, but the exducer stays the same (82mm IIRC). The HE351CW has a 60mm inducer and 86 mm exducer.

You would have to get a flange for the turbo, slide your whole system back, and weld on the new flange.
The oil lines will hook up after you clock the turbo.
To leave the waste gate hooked up, I had to buy a chunk of 2 3/4" hose, a 2 3/4 to 2 1/2 90*, a 2 1/2 90*, a 2 3/4 hose coupler, a chunk of 2 1/2 pipe (could use stock pipe) and assorted clamps.
The end result was this:
The oil lines will hook up after you clock the turbo.

due to my head gasket recently springing a leak at the front passenger corner, ive been ***** deep for the last 4 days. in 4 days I did a head gasket, bottom tapped all the stud holes in the block and installed ARP head studs (I also had the rocker pedestals milled .200" per ARP instructions), I installed a BD exhaust manifold, rebuilt my H1C and added a 14cm2 exhaust housing and a 60mm compressor wheel and housing from gillett diesel. I also installed some new injectors. they are a bosch injector, I don't have the part number on me now but they were labeled "235hp". here re some pics from the last few days.

It runs very well. With the 14cm2 exhaust housing it spools immediately. With the 60 compressor I'm making over 40lbs of boost, like a good 43-ish, where as before with the stock compressor it was about 35-ish. It doesn't feel any more powerful though. With these new injectors I was hoping to feel something. I think I need to spend a few minutes tweaking the injection pump so that I can get the most out of them.
