My Holley Blue finaly Died
Yep its dead its been goin south for a while and it finaly went the other night, I can't complain too much it lasted a year and a half
But this it what I replaced it with, its also rated for Alcohol so it should be good with Diesel also
Aeromotive SS series, 140GPH@ 14psi
Little bit of size difference between the two also

I have a bin full of GOOD Holley REDs and BLUEs that I have picked up at swap-meets.
Without exception, the seller claimed them to be in good working order; when tested at home, none of them would even turn.
I dis-assemble them, clean and lube all moving parts, and every single one of them is back in action.
They are so simple that it is ridiculous.
Also, I can see absolutely no difference between the internals of the RED and BLUE, unless the bypass spring is stouter on the BLUE.
Some of my collection have various other brand names labeled on them (Pro-Comp for example), but they are Holley built.

Usually, what happens is the vanes get stuck and won't allow the shaft to turn, thus the motor can't turn; of course, too much of that and the motor burns out.
But, usually, just a good dis-assembly and cleaning/lubing of all moving parts will set them to rights.
Put fire to the motor when you have all the guts out and see if it will run.
