My 93 dyno numbers.
Well the 93 went on the rollers.
6X16's, 16 cm housing, 60 GDS wheel, fuel screw 3 turns out from max, light starwheel settings, smoke screw all the way out, M+H M2 fuel pin, piston lift pump, stock timming, stock 386 spring, no ksb hotwire, stock downpipe and transfer case pipe, rag with 4.10's. Ran in direct.
The run was 301 hp and 731 torque. No idea on corrected or not. ( that is greek to me ). Its a Mustang Dyno with Powerdine control unit. ( also greek to me ).
Max power was at 2400 rpm's and max torque was at 1900 rpm's.

Bummed I missed you run Rich. I didn't think you were going, so I didn't mind running errands with my buddy in Bangor ahead of time.
By the way, did my truck smell a little hot when you were filming? Maybe next time I'll take the parking brake off

Probably not. If it's the same with gas turbines and other air mass machine testing I'm familiar with, corrected HP will be based on a 60*F day at 60% humidity and 0ft of elevation. So corrected HP would take into affect the temperature, humidity, and elevation and correct it vs what you laid down that day. That way it is fair in big dyno competitions since one guy might run when its 40*F outside with 20% humidity (advantage) vs a fellah doin it at 90*F with 100% humidity (disadvantage, especially if using water meth injection).

everytime ive advanced the timing it made the engine quieter.
and the 91 you can't even hear running 65mph with a 3" mandrel bent straight pipe and 235/85 tires. no overdrive
i have the timing 3/16 on that one.

I just saw black smoke. Its funny cause the guys said " O we don't need the vac system hooked up to this one " HA HA cause you drove everybody out of the room. The guy slipped the tube on half way through the run. Did my vid I took of your truck come out???

I remember the fellow under the hood saw my pump and pointed at it and said to the other guy "havn't seen one like that in awhile". I think he was noting the virgin cap on the smoke screw!
Ya, that video was funny, half way through my run he comes over and hooks up the vac system. After that you see some white smoke... I'm thinking that was the back brakes.... REALLY wish I knew what it would have done with the brakes off!! They aren't super strong, but will hold the truck on a small hill.
After the runs, I tried my first real burnout with the old girl. I put it in 2 and gave a little brake to spool it and stomped on it, at 45 or so I threw it in D and let off a little, it kept going to 55mph and I had to lift entirely. I love a sleeper! Brian Block is my inspiration!

nice #,s richie, 300hp at rear wheels is good power. i like mustung dyno. realistic uncorrected #s ive been on 2 mustungs. i run more timing than you. 1.65 mm advance,298 hp @ 2600 rpm 808 tq @1950 rpm. w-hx-35. 316 hp 780 tq w/ he 351 turbo. uncorrected. more timing would help you and not add much noise i dont think. but your dyno #s are good. egts were cooler w/he351. #,s in my sig were from a superflow dyno, found out later #,s were corrected. everyone wants 400 hp, but the ve pump doesnt fuel well at the hi rpm required for better hp #,s. tq is were its at . i admire the guys breaking 400 hp w/ ve

Nah, the utility bed. I would have spent more effort getting her ready but my tranny cooler broke. I got a new one from my buddies junked chevy 350 that seems to be BIGGER than the little stocker on the way back... oh well.
