Motor bogs in D and R! Please help! TC????

Hello everyone, this is my first post. Love the site. Here's my specs.

92 CT W250 LE Auto w/OD. Stock. Has been 10,000 miles since new Reman IP,Lift Pump,Injectors, and Reman tranny from Chrysler.

Truck was driving great until this morning when I was going 35 and it lost alot of power. This happened quite suddenly. Turns out the truck idles and runs fine when in P or N, but when in D or R I lose 200 rpm on idle, from 736 down to 502 rpm's, without stepping on the gas. Truck is very sluggish, but can be limped along if you throw it in neutral at stop lights, otherwise she'll die.

Five days ago I turned up the truck, mildly. 135* CW on the fuel screw and 360* on the smoke screw. I also advanced the timing by turning the IP 1/8" toward the head. New fuel filter, oil change. The truck was peppier, and seemed to get better fuel mileage. I never mistreated it. Haven't even put my foot all the way down. Oil pressure is fine, and the tranny is quite new, problem just happened in a split second.
My buddy says it's the TC locking up therefore bogging the motor even at idle speed, but isn't the TC on a 92 w/OD a fluid coupling style TC? I turned every thing back down, still no go. Any experts out there? Please, I need help!

The 1st gen's (89-93) all had non-lockup torque converters. Other than that I can't really help.

Is the truck smoking out the exhaust more than normal? Did you recently put fuel in it? Was it from the usual place you fuel at? Bad diesel? Bunch of trash in the fuel? Have you looked at the fuel filter? Do you know what fuel pressure you have? A loss of fuel pressure(or volume) will not show up very much with no load. I have seen a clogged fuel filter cause the same problems you are having.
I believe that air in the lines will do it also.

Start with the filter and check all of the line connections. Im not very sharp on AT's so I cant offer any help with that.

Pretty sure it was good diesel, tried the aux. tank on the truck, it had different diesel in it, it ran even worse. This is expected though cause the tank is in the back of the bed and is fed by longer fuel lines through a raycor marine filter in my component body. Went 25 miles since last fill up, new fuel filter was the first thing changed this afternoon. Don't know my fuel pressure, but the drag on the motor is instantaneaos after you put it in D opr R, not half way through throttle, like it would be if it wasn't getting enough fuel. It's like I just hit a huge PTO switch and the PTO has way too much behind it for the motor to run decent. This thing is bogging down 200 rpm with only a shift into D. No foot on the pedal. Keep the info comin, I appreciate it.

Sounds like a fuel supply problem, check the fuel pressure after the filter.
