more wiring issues

with all the other small problems I have with theirs truck, now the wiring is going to poop. the brake light fuse has been burnt up before me, but I guess they didn't fix the problem. I smoke a 30 amp fuse in like 20 seconds at a stoplight. Also, the turn signals are going south. My best guess is a wire grounding out in the back somewhere, does this make sense? Are there any manuals with good wiring diagrams(Haynes or Chilton's)?

A friend of mine has a auto electric repair shop and has a new short finder tool I think made by snap-on, let me tell you, it will find a short in seconds I will try to find out what it is and post back later.

There's an FSM for $50 in the classifieds. It's got all the schematics.
