How much weight do you guys pull with your auto's???
How much do the upgrades cost to get the stocker auto's up to par? how much power is really needed before a tranny rebuild? Please help!!!
Will a stock tranny pull a 2 or 3 horse bumper pull with 1 or 2 horses in it??

My tranny feels like it has been upgraded but I don't know. It will creep at a stop light unless I hold my foot on it at 7-800rpm. I gooseneck pull 10,000 lbs of calves or hay no problem. I bumper pull 6,000 lbs of boat or calves or horses no problem.
The problem is keeping it cool. On long hills loaded or curvy roads, it will creep up to 225* and spike to 250*. Its filled with synthetics now. I intend to add a remote cooler this spring when the weather warms up.
Keep it out of overdrive and watch the temps if you do nothing else.
