Just like the advice offered already, change the filter. flush the fluid check band adjustments and drive it. Just don't show the trans shop owner the pan! I spent tooo many years in the trans business and the boss always liked to see that debris in the pan. Many went out the door with a clean out that he never saw
Check again in a year and compare to what's in there now.
