Max tire size on stock rim
Guys and Gals, I have a 93 W250 with stock steel rims with trim rings and centre caps. I would like to keep said rims as I like the look of them on the truck, but, I would like to have larger tires. Did some searching and didn't really find a clear answer. Thanks.

Maybe they were 75's....I was looking more at the 305-315 aspect of it. I have to get 2 new ones for the back here in a few weeks....I'll check and see if they make an 85 in a 315.

hey-Hey!!!,
I am going to get 16x7 Ford steels for my 1990. They're the same style, but an inch wider. Ran 16x6 Ford steels with no issues( though I'd rather have the bigger studs ). Seems about $40 each is the going rate for good used ones...and I will see them spin true before putting down the Green.
cheers,
Douglas
