Max boost + reliability + EGTS

Hi,
Just wondering how far I can push my lil H1C before things get ugly. I know im past the efficiency range of <30 psi.
I can get it up to about 36 psi now, maybe 37. EGTs creep slowly, but never really see them past 1100-1200 unless lugging uphill in 5th. For the most part the power is in short bursts. (2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th). This truck doesnt tow yet.
Dont really have a lot of smoke while at full boost, not like some of your trucks.
Should I turn up the fuel more? Or am I asking for trouble.
Also, how should I go about it. Fuel screw, or should I grind out my pin and pull the washer? (I already have the pin position maxed, with a thinner washer so the little pin gets right to the small part)
According to PDR's website, 24 hp is the max you can get from a pin. I have seen dyno sheets that comply with that. Is it worth it? How does it help? (faster spooling, fuel economy?) If I have more to go on the fuel screw should I do it that way?

Timing is at 3/16s or so.

Thanks!

hey there islander...used to live there myself....when you say 1200 is that before or after the turbo, because if youre runnin over 30 lbs of boost climbing hills in 5th at that temp, I would say that the that's pretty **** good tune..are you talking a malahat or alberni summit type hill or an north island highway kind of hill?....I would probably play with the fuel screw a little more before you totally sacrifice your mileage with an expensive pin (but thats just me), and put the money toward a compressor upgrade....I'm going to be working in chemanius at the end of the month, keep your eyes on the highway for a ...

Thats at the manifold in the rear 3 cylinders.
Climbing hills is pie, at a steady speed up hills it drops to 900-1000. Malahat pass type hills.

The H1C is not likely to blow up under 40 psi.
