I had to buy a wrench for the filter and the nipple for the heater came of with it. I just put the nipple back in, swapped the sensor out and put the new filter on.

I never knew Dad to buy Dodge parts, and my mother in law hadn't known him to buy at Dodge.
If that is correct, then it had what looked like a 17yr old filter on it.........I'll never know.
