Looks fun

be safe with the install, the trans is heavy and the shift kit is a pain in the rear.

Whats the specs on the converter and what did it cost if you don't mind me asking?

as far as the specs im not sure dave just said that it was a lot lower stall and much tighter. i basically went completely off of his recommendations. told him how much power i was hoping to have and what i did with the truck and this is what he said i needed. cost $550 plus core.

now what fun is that . I thought it was fun to slowley feel the converter just go to nothing.

Seriously though, that is differently the way to go.

the converter and shift kit will make a big difference, you'll love how it shifts, no more waiting/hunting between shifts, it'll be firm and quick shifts.

the converter even "only" being the "low dollar" one should make a HUGE difference, Keep your hopes up. lol
