Thanks. The 91 is working out great so far. My 15 year old daughter is driving the 91 almost every day, now that she has her learners permit. She handles the truck well and likes driving it. I am actually amazed to see how confidently she drives me around town in it. I think she likes the uniqueness of it as it does stand out among the masses of typical vehicles. Funny to see a 100 pound girl driving that truck. She sits on a pillow while driving it to give her an extra inch of viewing height

I spent a couple weeks going through it closely and put about $400 of parts in it. Mostly deferred maintenance and parts it needed. I put a new lift pump, starter, voltage regulator, master cylinder gasket (was weeping fluid), belt tensioner/serp belt, changed oil, fuel filter, adjusted the valves. In a couple months when the weather warms up I will will rebuild the factory steering shaft coupler to eliminate the typical play they get. I have the $8.00 rebuild kit and when I put it in I will do a couple other maintenace tasks like a trans fluid/filter/band adjustment...courtesy of the sticky. Also will also change out the coolant, front and rear diff gear oil as well. Thats about the only plans for it other than being her daily driver.

Hi Dar

I am just waiting for the weather to get warm enough to get back into painting. All the metal is in epoxy primer. All I need to do is scuff it and throw regular primer and go from there.

Peckens,
The brush guard/winch mounts and winch were all on the truck when I bought it. I remember the guy I bought it from saying how he had some of it custom made for the truck. He kinda made a big deal about, said it was expensive (who knows). Wish I could be more help.

Well here is my SoCal Urban Assault Vehicle.

This isn't recent because every time I go to wash my truck it rains, but I did wash it before I took these pictures.

This has got to be my absolute favorite time of the day, after it gets dark when the chrome sparkles and all of my lights shine.

All of these were taken using my Canon 30-D DSLR and my 35-128 ultrasonic lens

This was about 11:00 P.M.

The next 2 were at Detroit Auto Body as the paint came from the gun before it was buffed out.

And here is what the inside looks like, it is really cushy inside with almost 2 inches of insulation and padding.
