Leaking Power steering fluid

Always on the outside of filler body...seems like it is coming out of the cap. Anyone find a fix for this?

new cap? could be lots of things, possibly filled up too much so the extra pessure has to go somewhere or it could be one of the lines on the bottom of the can thats leaking
