KSB hotwire question
Truck is a 91.5. I can't remember which is which. If the older trucks are NC or if the Intercooled trucks are NC...
Also, if I hotwire it do I have to otherwise disconnect the factory wiring or can I leave all the stock wiring so if it's cold out it will automatically run on it's own.
If I left the stock wiring in and it was on and I flipped the switch would that ruin it?
Sorry if these are dumb questions.

Just install a 2 watt dyode inline with the stock supply and run your own supply wire also. That way when you manualy turn it on your not backfeeding anything with 12vdc.

On your 91.5, you have the later style KSB, i.e. ON with current. The wiring runs from the shut off solenoid to the intake sensor, then back down to the KSB. SO, no 12V to get in the way. Run a wire from the shut of solenoid into the cab to the switch, back out to the KSB. No back feeding worries.
