The seats are very nice, theyre the cheapie cloth ones but with some seat covers on they are great. Im gonna update to premium cloth ones one of these days. I havent had the sub with these seats, but I had it in the middle, mounted in a truck box. Im about to put it back in, same place, with the amp behind the drivers seat. Eventually Ill step back up to 2 10's, mount the amp in the middle with a sub behind each seat. Cartoys has the truck boxes for $25 each.

Over $24,000 but I bought it new in 93 and have had rear end and transfer case rebuilt, completely new brakes (calipers rotors drums cylinders including master and new lines) within the last 25000 miles and I have put all 170000 miles on it and I would bet that it had at least 1 1/2 ton in bed and pulled 6 ton trailer over 100000 of the miles. Now it is going to l;ive a life of leisure when I get it done this summer, only load will be at tractor pulls and play at dragstrip some weekends (being built for a toy).

OK, I hate to add this up but here goes.

$10500 92 W250 LE 4x4 5speed club cab one owner 103K orig miles
$3200 GV overdrive
$500 Rips 4" exhaust
$300 HTT Stage 4
$16 3200

= $14516

Actually I thought it would be worse, the truck came to me with fresh paint, new tires and very clean.

Did I pay a lot for the truck, you bet, but this thing is like new and of the other 4 Dodge Cummins I have owned this one gets the best MPG by far.

My decision was this, I could afford a truck payment or fuel but not both, so I sold my 03 which I owed a ton on and purchased this, which is now paid for. So, my only real expense now is fuel and insurance. Everything else is maintenance or optional.

I paid $13,900 for the truck in Nov. of 2001. Including the cost of the truck and everything I've done to it I'm between $45 and $50 thousand. I have a folder of reciepts over a 1/2" thick.

Ok...... I tried to answer this thread.
I dug out old invoices..consulted my "Dodge file" ..........asked my wife and she said... "how much am I worth to you?" When I couldn't give an answer in terms of monetary value she nodded smiled and said...."then how much you spend on that old green truck is also not measurable"

I am going to go with her answer..."not enough"
