I beg to differ. While they might be more popular now than before they are still rare in my neck of the woods. My beater 91 wouldnt get a second look if it werent for my 6 in aussies on it. I get looks constantly in parking lots and on the road. Kids love em.

I've seen a 3rd gen dually around here with stacks that look about like that. The first time I saw it I laughed so hard I nearly crashed! The guy has the look of someone who thought they'd be super cool and macho by having a great big truck with huge stacks and a chip in it. Only it looks completely ridiculous in my opinion. I'm almost embarrassed for the guy.

There should be a stack committee or something. We just meed a few guys and a sawzall. When the stacks look retarted or if they are on a gasser we just cut them off plain and simple. lol

I agree with Onemoparnut! I've seen a Ford Exploder with a hood stack . It was all of 1 5/8" diameter. (rolling on the floor.) Even Schamran's lawn tractor hood stack was cooler than that!

I dont get how a guy with an import can put a "fartcan" on and get a massive amount of ridicule, yet diesel guys who run stacks are made out to be heros for some reason. It's the same concept, just different genres of vehicles.
