Just bought my first first gen and need help

Just wondering where to find performance upgrades for my 92 d250. And any suggestions on what upgrAdes to do first?

review the "stickies" at the top of this FORUM; performance upgrades are the stock in trade of most 1st genners and they've been covered in spades already

366 gov. spring, pump tweaks per the stickies, for starters. Cheap and relatively simple.
Those will wake up a stock Cummins.
After that, sky's (and budget) the limit.
