I ended up removing the Ip and sending it a the pump shop. They tore it down today and found the plunger return springs broken and the rotor with a chunk off of it and the head damaged. I had the shop send me a pic of the damage so here it is. http://s240.photobucket.com/albums/f...=rotor_pic.jpg

So its getting and new head and rotor as well as the normal rebuild plus some tweaks. I can't wait to have it back and on to see how it runs. Also this is a sigh of relief for me to finally find the problem. Im very surprised the truck still ran with this kind of damage in the pump.
