intermitten wiper problem?

Every once and a while I will get this funny "buzz" sound when I'm using my wipers on the intermitten setting. and sometimes they totally quit working on the intermitten setting. But if I turn them to the "on" position (non-intermitten) they still work fine.

I'm assuming the wiper timer is just about dead. Anybody know where the wiper timer is? Does it just need to be cleaned or just replaced? (I have no idea how its made mechanical or electrical) and if its a dodge only part? or if I can buy a new one at a generic auto parts store....

Just thought I would ask before I go parts hunting tomorrow.....

Sounds like a lose ground. The wiper motor grounds to the mount.
