Im building a set as we speak also, only Im using a powerstroke cooler. IVe got a short radius 3" elbow for the elbow at the intake and a another 90 and a 45 for the cool side. Im waitingto hear back onthe 3" elbow for the hotside. Ill get photos up when I get em done...theyll be nice with a cummins beige paint job.

I don't think it is going to help much unless you upgrade the intercooler to go 3" all the way through. The stock IC inlet/outlet will be a bottleneck to the flow and prevent you from gaining any benefit. In other words, it'll flow much the same as before.

All of my stuff is exhaust pipe. The crossover I have right now is 2.5" exhaust tubing with clear engine enamel. It looks alright. Im gonna paint the intercooler tubes, heater lines, valve covers, and whatever else tan. Probably gonna paint the turbo and some other things blue to match the truck.

The guy that makes them is Tim Worline and they are very nice 409 stainless. I installed a set with my powerstroke intercooler. I think I have some pictures some where? He is on 1st gen, DTR and TDR.
