Instrument Cluster Question on manual swap

OK Guys, I'm doin an auto to manual swap and was wondering if anyone knows what to do with the shift indicator in the instrument cluster. Is there a blank out plate or does everyone just paint it?

Thanks,
John

There is a blank plate. It is a black piece of plastic that is held in by the same 2 screws that hold the shift indicator in. You can make one VERY easily, or just snap the pointer off yours and paint it black.
