Only thing I can think of is to make sure the KDP is secure, and check the torque on the timing case bolts.
That is quite the signature! What kind of numbers have you laid down? How's that turbo spool? I need more air bad.

The KDP has been taken care of. I havent laid down any numbers yet, im running the stock clutch . At my current fuel settings the turbo starts spooling around 1500rpms, and when she hits 10psi, HOLD on. Just when you get one, get one big enough, I can peg the pyro at 50psi. Im working on 500hp with the 12mm VE. Ill be puttin a clutch in around the end of october, not sure what yet though, i might go with a dd.

Sounds fun. Let us know how the cam affects EGT's, boost, power, etc. I don't know of a whole lot of guys with cams in 1st gens except Stomp, paccool, and maybe a few others.
How big are the EDM's and how much did they cost you? I want to know a little more about injectors before I get some, and I'm NOT going with PODs.

Just got back from the test drive, wow what a difference. It idles a little lower, still hits the wastegate at 45psi, and the pyro doesnt peg quite as fast. It sounds completely different, maybe cleared up the smoke a little bit but not much. You may not believe me but the PS 62 with the 12cm housing starts spooling at 1300rpm, before it started spooling at 1500rpm. Its much more aggressive, and it pulls hard as high as the little VE can fuel. Now I just need a clutch.

Well I would but I dont have time with school and stuff. I have a connection with a dodge dealer in Maysville, ky and he let me borrow a FSM. The only problem I had that wasnt in there, is you have to cut the core support. I just drilled a few holes and bolted it back up. Another thing I noticed is that my cruze egt is at around 600 used to be at about 750-800 at 65mph, and as soon as I can get my foot out of the go pedal, Ill give you guys some mpg numbers.

I bought the cam from Rip at
cuz they had the best price. Also excellent service if I might add. The cam was made my DonM well just go to
. There are many reasons why I chose this cam.
1 Not a regrind, so you can get higher lift and longer duration, starts from a blank.
2 Dont have to replace tappets. Cuz the cam is harder than the tappets so they wear to the cam. Instead of them eating the lobes.
3 Heard alot of good about them from people with 12v, 24v, and CR.
4 NO core charge.
I know it has more power. I dynoed last weekend and gained 37hp/81tq, in valet. I hit 40lbs it used to be only 35lbs of boost. The power came on 200rpm sooner and stayed much flatter, dynoed with the valet off and the stock clutch limits my numbers.

Sounds like you have a very fun combination. So get a clutch in there so we can see where you are at.
Just to set the record straight I am still running a stock cam. I have thought about changeing it in the past, but I allways get side tracked.
