installed 3200 spring and ground AFC

Ok guys, well i changed the fuel filter, and it was pretty bad. it looks like there might be a little rust in my fuel lines. Im thinking of just running rubber lines all the way back to the tank, as i dont think i am getting the fuel i should be. What do you think? I ordered a piston pump for it. Im gonna throw that on and do a big line kit from that to the pump first and then ill go from there.

Any injectors will smoke when under the turbo with a ground AFC lever. That looks pretty normal to me. With your injectors, it shouldn't clear up on the top end like you're saying with the stock turbo. I'm starting to suspect the pump is starving. Time for a FP gaugeFor reference, here's a quick vid of my truck. Stock non-ic injectors, which are nearly the size of PODs. Maxed pump, ground afc, no intercooler, HTT upgrade. I roll into 1st and 2nd and go about 3/4 throttle in 3rd and 4th.

Ok guys, well my smoke problem was due to my injectors being rated much closer to bosch 190s, rather than PODs. So, today i sent out a check for a used set of PODs. i think it should smoke now. Also, i ordered a 2nd gen piston lift pump, and will be installing that along with a big line kit from the lift pump to the injector pump. I can get a hx35 for 150. should i do it? Will the hx35 work with my wastegated h1c housing? people are saying it will run too hot with PODs, but it is just a play truck. I have water meth, would this keep the EGT in check? can anything be done to make the hx35 better? Im going for 800 ft lbs.
here are the mods i will have for the dyno:
hx35, 12cm w/G housing
PODs
fuel screw in as far as it will go
ground AFC
3200 spring
Bullydog fuel pin
water meth injection
Built tranny
pump mods
piston lift pump with big fuel line kit
What do you guys think?

I'm not sure about a ground afc but I know that expensive fuel pin is no good for a no afc setup. Someone may chime in as to if it is still functional but I don't think it is. Once the foot is removed you no longer have a boost referenced IP. Therefor the Bully Dog Pin is no good. I think the 12 will make it a nice dyno queen too. As for the highway I would spend hours porting that thing, open the W/G on it too.

Ok, thanks guys. I ordered some PODs, a 2nd gen lift pump, im ordering a regulator and a glacier diesel big fuel line kit. Im wanting to make 350 horse and squeak into the 800 torque range. I have an hx35 i can get for 150. Can the 35 be upgraded? will it need an upgrade for a play only truck?
thanks.
thanks.

What kind of regulator are you going to be using? I like the boost referenced type. The HX35 is upgradable, it is gonna be a little stretched to cool those POD's in a maxed pump in stock form but should work. However, if it has the 12cm housing, I would recommend to port the snot out of it to flow as easy as possible since you have an auto. Idealy the 14cm would make your engine much happier!
