injector help

i have a '91 d250 4x4 and was wondering if the injectors out of a second gen would fit. they just don't make big enough injectors for the 1st gens that i have found. if anyone has any help it would greatly appreciated. mopower05

The 2nd gen injectors have a different spray pattern I believe. EDMs are your best bet for big, just depends on how much power you want. And we need some pics of these crazy trucks you have listed...visit the 1st gen pics thread.

The top of the injector is bigger on the second gen by two milimeters. It would require some way to either adapt the first gen injector lines or have a custom set made. I have been told that the second gen injectors also have a higher "pop" pressure but I haven't been able to confirm that one yet. You could always put on a second gen pump, if you have the time and money.

PDRDiesel has all kinds of injectors for our trucks.

You can make good power with stock injectors, even. Close in on 300hp anyway. There are PODs, Bully Dog 50hp injectors, BD has some for 1stGens. They arent as plentiful and thus more expensive than 2nd Gen sticks.

i bought a timing cover and injector gear for the 2nd gen p-pump off ebay and have a p-pump being rebuilt. still looking for injector lines. thanks for all the help and yeah i am working on getting pictures of all this junk but ive been busy.
