Identifying 60# valve springs

I allegedly have them from the previous owner for the purpose of the exhaust brake. Is there any way to identify them from stock? Are there good quality ones and bad ones? Will the engine sound different?

OEM on the left, 60# Cummins on the right.

They either are Cummins, or they ain't. The truck will not sound any different.

Hope this helps.
