Looks like I'll be pulling the pump again.Trucks not even smoking while i'm cranking the engine.

Pop the top off and take a look inside before you tear the pump out again...You will have to siphon the fuel out so you can see properly down inside the body of the IP...but you should be able to see if the collar is loose.

I want to thank every one for the help and a great post by 1stgen545 for some great pictures. I got it fixed and runs great.

The small ball was not lined up with the control collar

Second reply to your question and I got it right....Woot Woot...

Glad you got it fixed though...a little over a year ago I would not of even had a clue what was going on with a VE pump. But thanks to this site, and the members here, I've learned so much.
