O and FYI, The amount of turbo boost is determined by the differential of temperature on the hot (Exhaust manifold) and cool (exhaust pipe) side. The temperature on the output side is lowered by adding the higher flow pipe, which also increases (reletively) the higher boost/lower temps of the exhaust manifold side.Adding fuel increases the manifold temperature. You have the larger injectors, even if you had a low fuel output at low rpm, you should be KILLING the boost numbers at WOT.YOU HAVE A LEAK. And since it happened at the install if the new turbo check there first.
Possibly if you have the 60mm impeller installed on your hx35 you would have a lower bottom boost, but top boost should still be higher.
