I'd be interested to know too, even though my starter is currently fine. I went through 3 remanufactured starters on one vehicle once before I got one that actually cranked the engine properly. I was REALLY sick of the underside of that RV by that point.

Look in the phone book for a local Electric motor rebuilders shop. If you can find one of those they can be 1/2 the price of a parts stors and probly a better rebuild.
