I GOT a Crew Cab

I GOT a Crew Cab
The Easter long weekend treated me well.
I found an ex-gov't 1982 crew cab with I'm guessing the original 81,800km's on it.The nice lady told me to go ahead and HAVE it.
She said there was a couple others too if I was interested. My interest is peaked at this point.
She says "yeah, there's one other Dodge and a Datsun, you can have them too".
I go check them out and the Datsun turns out to be identicle to my very first vehicle and the other Dodge isn't a Dodge......as best as I can tell it's a 1957 International A-120 series 4x4.
My plan is to drive the Datsun while the cab swap is under way-I'm going to clean up the crew cab and paint it before I tear down my dd club cab though.
As best as I can tell I'll "Z" the frame to get the step up in the proper location and box the frame in that area to strengthen it.
As I get deeper into it, I'll be bugging those of you who have completed yours with I'm sure a multitude of questions.
Now for the unvieling:
The IH (this would be SWEET with a Cummins):

Pretty close.
We had a 18' deck trailer and with the spare tire mounted on the front rack of the trailer, the rear truck tires were only on the deck by about 1-1/2".
From bumper to bumper it measures about 249".
Needless to say, I'll be building it into a short box.
