I found my pressure problem
I had talk with Jp at SCHEID DIESEL in Terre Haute IN my 5.9 is boren 20 over an it makes more crank case pressure than it's supost to.When the crank seal would hold it would blow vale cover gaskets left and right. The stock vent is not enough vent thats why some of the pullers I know vent the vale covers. So I bought a frount timing cover vent from a 24 vale an dilled a hole in the frount vale cover an put on a oil filler cap. + high rpms also added to my pressure problem every thing is a ok now. An by the way my P7100 is almost finshed It won't be long now v8 diesels beware

In my book SCHEID the's best I have done lots buying parts from Enter Prise Engine also Doug at EEP is a good man to talk to when having trouble. I'm a true SHCEID man my self.
