Hummer mirrors
I have never really liked the mirrors on our first gens and i have manged to break both of my power mirrors so i need to do somthing . What do you guys think of these hummer mirrors crazy i know but i don't think they would look that bad. Here is a link they are on ebay let me know what you think.

I don't know how they'd look on a first gen but I think they might suit it. If I were to start looking for mirrors for mine, I'd look for the big superduty mirrors that telescope out. They look good and are super to see out of.

I think they would look pretty good. The question is, will they bolt up to the doors without a problem. Im sure most people wouldn't mind drilling or modding the doors but i try to do cosmetic changes without cutting or drilling. Its kinda hard to reverse that. It aint like a paint job you can just paint over if you dont like it.

mirror mount
There might be an adjustment that I missed but it looks like those mirrors need to mount on a completely verdical surface. Our doors lean in some at the top.

Price is going up!! I agree they would look good. If you want to keep the custom mirror project reversable, mount hummer mirror to custom plate that would mount onto door using fractory holes and taper to allow mirror to mount vertical.
