how much can i?
So how much can i turn up my fuel screw???? And whats the best conbination for the smoke adjustment screw and the fuel screw to be turned at for best power out put from the pump? I have both of those screws turned 2 turns but want more without having to take the thing apart for the pin or the gov spring. Please help me!!! Thank you

you can go pretty far on the fuel screw see the sticky under performance. Check Runaway and Full power screw. I have a 89 w350 with the 727 and you definately want to do the 366 spring it will make it a whole different truck to drive. Also turn your fuel pin to the "deep" setting and you will be very happy. The spring costs around $16 and takes about 45 min but it is well worth it. The sticky explains it well but it sounds harder than it is.
I know you said you don't want to pull the pump apart but it will make a world of difference.

The spring is not hard to do, just you need to be careful. Also adding power does NOT increase speed, just how you fast you get there.
The pin is as simple as 4 screws and 15 mins. Not hard at all.

yeah i dont care to much about how fast it goes but i love the fast acceleration that comes with a turbo diesel so mabey if i get time i will take the pump apart and work the fuel pin and gov spring into the works i just dont know when ill have time with work and all
