So I just got my 300* trans temp gauge. I'm thinking about installing it in the hotline. But my question is what is the maximum heat that should come out of the hotline? Thanks

This is a good chart to go by, on the factory senders in my 3rd gen and 4th gen I keep the temp under 200* always. When I sold my 3rd gen it had just under 400k on it with still the original trans. I towed moderate loads all the time and quite a few 30,000lb over loaded abuses
